This Vitrohm resistor was found in the box shown but I do not think it is the original box as it is too small. It appears to be two parallel 150 ohm resistors- I could not get a series reading at 300 ohms but maybe I am not testing it correctly. I did get 150 ohms on each side by reading the contacts when I had it open as shown in the last photos.
