For Buy it Now is a Douglas glass flame proof stove top coffee percolator. This retro percolator is in nice condition. And I am not sure if it has ever been used or not. The metal filter was wrapped in a plastic bag, and the unit is very clean. The included wire base looks like it never sat on a stove. When removing the filter from the bag I tore the bag. The percolator shines nicely and has a few light scuffs and scratches from handling. Some of the gold flower pattern has rubbed off. If this nice vintage percolator was used it was used very little. Set of 2 Vintage Flame Proof WWII Telegraph Morse Code Keys US Navy
We have a set of 2 Vintage Flame Proof Morse Code Keys. The larger one is stamped US navy. The larger key is approximately 5.5 inches long and the smaller key is approximately 3.5 inches long. I am pretty sure they are from the WWII era. I tested both of these keys with an Ohm meter touching their contacts and they work beautifully! Would make a great collectors item. Problems and Condition: These are Vintage used items. The larger black key has some paint chipping toward the back of the piece as well as around the mounting screw holes. There is some wear on the button itself and the letters surrounding the button have the paint fading. The smaller key has some signs of use but nothing major. Housing looks to be in good condition. Telegraph Flame Proof Key and Winker type C.Q.1140 International Radio Telegrap
Flame Proof Key and Winker. Type C.Q. 1140. Flame Proof Key and Winker probably made for use with the CQ 1115 200 watt and the CQ 1111 500 watt transmitters(also known as SE-1300 and SE-1310 when assembled as complete outfits) which were used in flying boats- Naval Aircraft. Two keys were used. With the second key referred to as the"observer's key" presumably mounted in front of the observer seated behind the pilot. It is likely that the winker bulb was provided so that the observer could see what was being transmitted on the pilot's key. The unit needs cleaning. It appears to be complete.
