My meter measures 1110 ohms end to end- worth noting. Unit is vintage, but is in pretty good shape, the wiper movement is a bit stiff from age, but it travels from end to end. Trimming in ohms was more precise than I had thought for such a coarse adjustment. It is rated for 1 amps. This would be great to have around the electrical workbench, no more searching for the right test resistors! And the shroud is a nice feature for higher voltage applications.
