The drum is 3-1/4" in outside diameter and 19-7/16" long with a 1-1/2" bore. This ... moredrum locks onto the a drive shaft with two set screws one on each end. This item came out of a older mans shop. When I found it there was no machine just some odd parts laying around. Who ever got the planer never realized that there were other parts that went with it. I looked all over for the drive shaft or spindle But it was not to be found. The photo is just as I found it with velcrow and sandpaper wrapped around it. You will probably need new velcrow and sandpaper. I may be wrong on what machine this comes from so do your research and look at Photos and ask questions if needed

Woodmaster 718 planer moulder sander with custom knife holder / accessories
Woodmaster 718. Other than some minor surface rust this machine is in great shape. It was in my fathers shop for years. But I can only think of around 4 or 5 projects that he used it for. It includes the blades in the cutter plus an extra set of new blades. Colonial moulding knife, and numerous joinery knives and an ogee, leveling indicator and accessories, sanding drum, a couple rolls of sand paper, dust collector hookup, 5HP motor(240V) Infinitly variable Independent DC feed drive motor. Just search youtube to find out everything you'd ever want to know. The table sled is an older wood version. It is slightly warped, although when bolted down, you can't tell. Woodmaster 718 Molder Profile/Mop Sander and Router attachment for T&G
I bought a Woodmaster 718 molder/planer from an older gentleman last winter that had all the accessories that were available when he bought it new in 2005. He only used it as a planer for a few months before his health failed and all the accessories were unused. I thought I might try to make some flooring and purchased the Milwaukee router to set it up but with everything else I have going on my time is limited so I'm going to let this part of the package go to fund other shop equipment purchases. This kit includes the profile sander with electric motor. Router mount, and the brackets/belts to set it up as well as the manual. Includes 3 new sanding wheels. This kit is no longer listed on the woodmaster website as it seems to have been replaced by the 3 sided molding system. I have for sale lightly used accessories for the Woodmaster 718 planer/molder. First up is the 18" drum sander attachment. Also included are rolls of sandpaper. 1- 60grit, 2- 80grit, 1-100grit, 1- 150grit and 2- 220grit. Normal price for each roll of sandpaper is $30+. With this kit comes the 718M shaft that can be use with the drum sander and the gang rip attachment. 2- 5.5inch carbide tipped saw blades are included in this auction. Everything is included to use the sander and gang rip attachments. If you had to go out and buy this stuff new it would set you back over $600. Lightly Used Woodmaster 18" planer moulder head with sharp knives ready to go. I originally purchased this on ebay four years ago with the intent of using it as just a moulder head. I ended up never taking it out of the box. Other than to take photos now. It appears to have sharp knives in near new condition. It does have light surface rust on one end as seen in photos. Woodmaster 718 Planer/Molder with Pro Pack
This machine is a molder. Planer, drum sander, and gang rip saw all in one. I originally bought this as I had an old house I remodeled and wanted to make some matching trim. I then planned to start a business with it but never got around to it(lots of people need trim made to match old houses) I would estimate that it has less than 20 hours on it total. Includes the Pro Pack accessories as well as a bunch of extra planner knives and custom made knives for crown molding. Base board and more. I added casters to the bottom(this thing is super heavy) and also have a 25 foot extension cord I made for it(cutting motor is 220 and regular outlet/extension cord won’t work) I also have a dust collector and hoses that are negotiable.
