Lehman 24" planer
This is a Lehman 24" wood planer. I just purchased this planer. I was told by the previous owner that it ran a year ago. The planer has wheels to get it around the shop. The wheels are off a come-along cart. The planer weighs 1.800 lbs, so wheels are neccessary. There is an electrical issue, and when I plug it in, it starts to turn over and then blows a breaker. I don't have time to work on this project as I now have a little baby that is keeping me busy. This is for pickup only and you'll need a plan to load this haeavy machine.

SCMI Model S630 24" Wide Thickness Planer 4 Blade/Knife Cutter Head
Up for bid is a SCMI 24" thickness planer model# S630. I switched the voltage to 208/230 3 phase so I could test it as I don't have 460 volt in my warehouse. Which the machine was wired for before I changed it. It runs smooth and quiet for a planer this size. The only thing I couldn't get to work was the digital height gauge, which I think will take moving a wire on the transformer. It still goes up and down and height can be read by the gauge on table. There's even an alarm or sensor that will not let you move the table too high at one time so you don't get your board stuck. Here are a few more specs. Model- S630 Matr. AB/103913 Ref. 101218 Comp. If you are needing a big professional planer then don't let this get away. Make sure to look at the other woodworking machinery currently for sale. Some of the bare metal parts have light surface rust starting to form from sitting unused in a non-climate controlled warehouse. We have run this planer here and it runs smooth with no excess noise that would indicate bearing problems. We run a couple test boards through it and it seems to cut fine. It may need some minor adjustments before being put into production. If ever needed, parts are still available through Delta for this planer and through Newman Machine for the cutter head. Delta Invicta 24" Planer made in 2001 RC-63D very little use 4 straight blades
This is a 24" Delta Invicta planer made in 2001 everything functions correctly. This planner has seen very little use. It was used by a large business in the maintenance department to make repairs in house and was never used for production. The spiral infeed rollers are as crisp as the day they were made and are not rounded off. Mechanically this machine is in very good condition. Cosmetically it now looks better. To keep the machined top and the cutter head in good condition they are covered in oil. They will need wiped down with thinner before use. I have cleaned the planer and repainted the top cover and a few of the side covers with matching industrial enamel paint. I do not have blades($150.00) for this planer yet and it could use new belts($30.00) Currently the $4000.00 price is negotiable, cash talks. I would Ideally like to sell ... morethis before Christmas. If it has not sold at the first of the year, I will purchase new blades and belts, the price will be increased and I will be less negotiable on the selling price. Typically this planer sells for $5,400.00 used, but if your looking at this you'll probably know. All in all it is a great planer that will last you a lifetime. If you have some planer blades that will fit, we can throw them in and you can test it. My inverter will limit the board size, but should be good enough for a demonstration and functional evaluation.
