This is an American No.77 Moulder/Planer that has been sitting in our barn for several years. We used this to make hardwood flooring and hardwood wains coating for several years. It has four cutter heads(Top/Bottom/2-Sides) which are driven with Flat Belts. It has a manual transmission and some ductwork included and a couple extra side cutters. This machine is Located near Postville. Iowa 52162 and is very heavy. The buyer is responsible for removal. I have some equipment that can assist loading but I will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries caused with that activity. Sorry. I'm estimating the Wt. at about 6-7 tons. It turns on very quietly and runs smoothly. The infeed and outfeed rollers are a bit worn but they still work well. The cutters are sharp and yield a smooth cut on the board. There is a molder head on it with trim cutters. They are very sharp. The adjustment up and down works well. I really don't see anything wrong with this except that it will need a new set of drive belts. Which should be pretty cheap. I live in zip code 37406 in Chattanooga. TN.
