The calibration seems to be correct. This is a vintage type item. And the metal case has a ... morehammertone type of finish that seems to attract grime in the nooks and crannies. The case could use a good cleaning, as it has sat on a workbench unused for many years. It is mounted in a STRONG METAL- CARRY CASE. This unit was manufactured in the USA when the country still made high quality test equipment. As opposed the the newer lower quality items now made in China.
