Hewlett Packhard - HP 8006A Digital Word Generator, Tested, Nice
I believe this word generator works well. I tested each output(A and B) with all switches off. Then turned each switch on then off and went to the next switch. In all cases the appropriate bit turned on. I then used the bit switches on both output channels to create two channels of words. The photos show the results. I used a synch output to trigger the scope. I am only basically familiar with this kind of equipment but I think I performed a pretty good test. Cosmetically the unit looks pretty good with minor scratches and blemishes. I cleaned the case some but it could use some more cleaning. Look the photos over well. I didn't find a manual.
