Most on the'net seem to have DeVry University on them. The change-over from Ohio Institute to DeVry happened in 1968, so this predates that! As you can see in the pictures. The system was assembled at one time. I didn't plug it in or test it at all. There are some screws and a battery holder in the bottom.
