This is a very rare find. the NX-230 tube was made in 1925 era. The drawing/schematic is dated 1931. I know the tube is very rare. So to find it, and, the equipment that it goes with is awesome. The tube does light up, filaments are good. Crisp silver getter color. I never tried to make the oscillator work. I thought it was enough to just have it. It does look like someone added an old style phone jack on it. Look at pictures for box condition and face. This is going to be 100 years old soon.

This is a Hewlett Packard 652A Test Oscillator. It is in excellent. Neat mint condition. There are only a few minor scratches. I tested this unit and it is working. Notice the actual waveform. The meter works and is accurate when connected to my Fluke DMM. I also connected to my counter to test. This is a 10 HZ to 10 MHz oscillator. If for any reason there is a problem whether it is with the item.
