Flipped the switch and the green light came on and the D-C volts dial moved. No further testing was done. Someone(not me) broke the"channel select" knob on the front. It is dangling inside and still operates if you have a small blade screwdriver. But it would probably be best to replace it if you intend to operate this regularly. I removed the"Crystal Oscillator Assembly" panel and there is some sort of board in there. There are six adjustment screws along the front(probably related to the 6 channels? I can see some components that say"Bliley" on them. Sorry I didn't take a picture of it. If someone really wants me to just contact me and I'll try to get ... morea picture or two. But may need to be calibrated(does not come with a power cord) to power the unit up I strip the tip of a regular cord and attached the bare wires to the prongs of the unit.
