Okuma Sheffield S1002 Center Pin Reel With Aventa Rod
Up for bid is a slightly used in excellent shape Okuma Sheffield S 1002 Silver Centerpin Reel. I replaced the factory bearings with boca bearings as you can see in the third photo. The Boca bearings have an orange color retainer ring. This is a combo bid as a Okuma Aventa rod comes with the reel. The rod is a VT-S-1363FR 3 pc 13'6" rated for 4-8lb line and has never been used. BRYSON STREAM MASTER FLOAT REEL AWESOME CENTER PIN STEELHEAD REEL NM CONDITION
Vintage Bryson Stream Master center pin float reel. Definitely one of the better fishing float reels ever made and highly prized around the great lakes region and the pacific northwest rivers of BC and Wa state for the few lucky steelhead and salmon fishers that may still own them. I bought this originally in Thornbury Ontario in the early nineties and it cost about 550 Canadian even back then, this is no cheap reel and really none of this type are. I have only used it a half dozen or so times in total on infrequent visits and only there accounting for why the reel is in near perfect condition with only one tiny ding noted and closely photographed as can be seen, otherwise nary a scratch on it. The reel fishes perfectly and it is as smooth as silk, milled from solid aluminum and when you spin it, it can spin for minutes, it's amazing ... moreactually. The original carrying case is also included as shown. Up for sale is a john milner4/3/8inch snipe center pin reel. This reel is in excellent shape, it has a few very minor scratches that are hardly noticeable. This reel is in perfect working order. John milner built this reel for me about 5 months ago.I used this reel a handful of times and it is an absolute pleasure to fish with, the startup is amazing and so smooth. The only reason I am selling it is because of financial trouble. The reel was built with abec7 Germany ball bearing, as all of mr. Milners reels are. Also the reel is rated a right hand reel, but can be used with either hand, the only difference would be the placement of the clicker. John milner makes the finest reel in the world. Kingpin Arnold float reel. I've had it for about 10 years and it's caught a lot of fish for me but I just don't use it anymore. It's a 4.5" I would consider its condition to be very good.
