This was a brand new never installed with all parts included as Bosch sold it. We sold it on ebay and buyer lock up program after they installed it. We send back to Bosch under warranty to confirm and it was confirmed that it was programmed wrong. Bosch reset panel to factory default. So panel has no hours on it and is in perfect condition as you can see in pictures. Everything in picture is what you would receive. No manual no extra parts. There is no warranty on this panel! If you lock panel up during program and say we sold you a bad panel you will be charged the repair cost and shipping to and from Bosch and the panel will then be returned to you. Sorry we only ship to United States!

None of the conduit knock outs on panels metal case have been used and is factory original. Panel is at factory default condition and everything does work. Some minor abrasions on outside red metal box but otherwise in good condition. I do not have the lock shown missing in pictures. Comes with factory UL end of line resistors as shown in bottom of panel and are new and unused. No manual comes with this panel but you can easily find one online. You will need two 12V batteries to connect to have the system operate properly. This is a hardwired 4-zone panel. All programming is done through dip switch settings as described in the manual.
