Another rare Fire Police security Alarm Telegraph system. The Watkins system dates back to late 1870's. The Charles Chester improved register is shown in Asher& Adams Pictorial album of 1876 on page 18. The system includes as shown a spring wound take up reel the cover which is loose as shown. An early Automatic Master fire alarm box which has an 1890 Patent date on it. Box is complete with working mechanism and an early auxiliary fire station with the slate mounted switches also included is a later dated 1904 automatic auxiliary fire alarm station. This early New York City system belongs together and will not be split up. I will transport this to Allentown fire show or buyer can arrange to pick up in Carmel NY. 10512.

Gamewell Vintage Pull Station 1924 Patent Date Dimensions. 10" x 8" x 7" This pull station was removed from an old concrete building. The old fire alarm system was tested before it was removed and it still actually worked. This was the common gamewell fire alarm pull station of the time. There is not a key included in this auction. The mercury switch is still fully functioning and the reset can be done by releasing the switch from the back. Kind of a cool old antique. Vintage Horni System Fire Alarm Call Box Nice Sized Cast Iron Fire Pull Station(used) Here is a Collectible Vintage Horni System Fire Alarm Call Box Nice Sized Cast Iron Fire Pull Station. This is a real nice looking. Nice sized Cast Iron Fire Box Pull Station that could be left as is or taken further in a restoration project. It has paint lost and shows a vintage Patena, but also is in good enough shape to leave as is and display as is. It is a nicely designed shape. It has it's original electrical and mechanical gear still on the inside. It could be displayed lying flat or it has two factory holes on the back side where it could be mounted on whatever you choose. No cracks in the heavy Cast Metal. It measures approximately 8 7/8" tall, 4 3/4" wide and 5 inches deep. It has"For Fire" at the top, Raise Cover, Pull ... moreLever" at the bottom and on the sides of the pull door it has"Horni System" As shown with the open door it has two arrows and"Down" where the pull knob is. The spring on the door still works as it should. Three brass screws will allow you to take this apart easily for mounting or restoration. The glass is intact. From what I could find, Horni Signal Systems produced Fire Alarm Systems and Police Call Systems in the 1930's. This is a nice piece of vintage Fire Equipment that looks good, is the right size and a great addition to anyone's collection. It is a bit heavy because it was built solid and made to last! There are no dents or cracks in the item. The motherboard is in good condition with no crack or chips. All the parts on the motherboard look to be in excellent condition as well.
