Phase under and over voltage protection, VFD head pressure control, solid state compressor starters, Microtech II controlls, 201 tons at 95 F ambient with 44 LWT IPLV 12.4 chiller was under a total maintenance contract from start up until taken out of service. NOTE: Chiller was struck on top by the arm of a rough terrain forklife. The chiller was replace as a insurance settlement. The top of the condenser coil on RH side was damaged. The tubes did not leak refrigerant but three circuits were crushed. The top three circuits were capped on both ends of the coil.
