This is a previously owned and re-conditioned GE Zoneline 5100 series 9000 BTU Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Model AZ51H09DAC Heat Pump with 5kw backup Electric Heat. It runs on 230/208 Voltage and connects to a 30 amp type receptacle(see 3 prong plug configuration in picture) It is designed to heat and cool a room size of up to 400 square feet. The dimensions of this PTAC unit is 42" wide x 16" high x 14" deep. It will fit into most existing 42" x16" PTAC wall sleeves made by GE.
