This is a 5 ton Trane packaged unit with 63.100 btu of cooling and gas heat rated at 108,000 btu output. It is a 460 volt, 3 phase unit with R-22 as the refrigerant. The unit manufacture date is 2006 and it saw only one year of service due to the building it served was remodeled and the unit was removed as part of the renovation. It recieved some damage on the pillar near the filter acces when being hoisted down from the roof and it has been in a storage building since then. The unit comes with a fresh air intake. The filter for the intake is missing. The unit is set up to accept 2- 20x30x2 filters but I have the angles to convert to 1" filters if desired. These units are approx 1 yr old and the building scheduled to be demolished soon. It is a shame if these units are not bought as they are perfectly great units that were installed a little over a year ago according to the landlord. I have more picture of the factory plates and know the options they have. They are configured for side-draft currently. We would take them off the roof when demolition starts and if you are the the day we do. We can drop them right on your truck.
