Antique Victorian Reznor Radiantfire Parlor Heater
You are bidding on a gas fired Victorian Parlor or Boudoir heater. The heat is radiated out from the Ceramic inserts and the ceramic crown as they heat up. There is a duct connection in the rear where the flue was connected. The unit was is in working condition when it was removed. I used in inside my fireplace when I had a gas connection before I converted back over to wood burning. The ceramic inserts would turn an orange to cherry red and you could feel the warmth out in the room. It is 27 inches wide. 19 inches high and 9 inches deep

PA This is an Antique REZNOR Gas Reflector Heater- circa 1900 Developed in 1888 by George Reznor and manufactured by hand in Mercer. PA in the early 1900's. This piece has seen alot of use and its condition is for decorative purposes. The top has rusted and has breaks in the metal and is partially concave. This top piece may be replaced if so inclined. It is in very good condition and we were told it was working but i t is listed for parts because we have no way of testing it. It was recently acquired through a warehouse buyout.
