Trane RTU is 8 years old and in good working condition. We have been performing all the required maintenance on the unit for the last 8 years. Unit is 10 Tons or 120.000 Btu of cooling, and 200,000 btu of heat. This is a roof-top package unit that does both gas heat and electric cooling. Unit is 208/230 volt 3 phase power and is also a two-stage cooling unit which means it has two 5 ton compressors in it. Overall for being 8 years old the unit is in relatively good shape. And was in good working conditioning when we took it out of operation. Does not come with a roof-curb which will be needed for rooftop operation. Uses r-22 refrigerant and has no known refrigerant leaks at this time. There is no optional smoke detector installed. But the unit does have a manual fresh air damper on the return side to let some fresh air into the building if ... morerequired. This option does not have to be used. I will do another complete service on it before it is shipped. We will cover the condensing unit coils and make sure the packaging is in good shape so as it does not suffer damage in shipping. This is a 5 ton Trane packaged unit with 63.100 btu of cooling and gas heat rated at 108,000 btu output. It is a 460 volt, 3 phase unit with R-22 as the refrigerant. The unit manufacture date is 2006 and it saw only one year of service due to the building it served was remodeled and the unit was removed as part of the renovation. It recieved some damage on the pillar near the filter acces when being hoisted down from the roof and it has been in a storage building since then. The unit comes with a fresh air intake. The filter for the intake is missing. The unit is set up to accept 2- 20x30x2 filters but I have the angles to convert to 1" filters if desired. Both of the coils have been cleaned and refrigerant charge has been checked and verified to be at factory levels. NO WARRANTY IS PROVIDED.
