The former Wall Street Journal printing plant used it up to 2009 and maintained it for a number of years after. It was removed serviceable this month and declared surplus for sale. This AC unit was built to cool downward and forced the cool air under the floor and subsequently up the floor vents to insure the electrical equipment was kept cool and dry. The large unit is removed and stored in the warehouse. The small rooftop unit is still in place and you will have to rope it to the ground. These units were in good working order when the government agency that owned them moved buildings. Rather than pay the install fee to have these reinstalled. The agency upgraded their computer servers AND hvac units and sold these units as surplus. Trilectron POU300 is a 460 volt/3 phase/60 Hz air conditioner and heater unit. This unit takes a lot of humidity out of the air and could be used as a dehumidifier. Nominal cooling of the A/C unit is 30 tons. Heater output is rated at 187.830 Btu/Hr(50.5 kW) This unit uses R-22 refridgerant. The unit has 1996 hours.
