Liebert System 3 Computer Room Cooling AC 30 Ton HVAC Used Up for sale is a 30 ton Liebert computer data room AC unit. The former Wall Street Journal printing plant used it up to 2009 and maintained it for a number of years after. It was removed serviceable this month and declared surplus for sale. This AC unit was built to cool downward and forced the cool air under the floor and subsequently up the floor vents to insure the electrical equipment was kept cool and dry. 2 ton. 13 SEER Carrier Puron unit, installed for six months and virtually unused during that time. We were attempting to use floor heat in the basement of a split-level remodeled house, and bought this unit to supply any needed cooling in summer. With the upstairs unit cooling and the air flowing down, this unit almost never had to even kick on. The floor heat did not work out, so we got a Carrier Greenspeed for the whole house, and don't need this unit now.
