Up for sale is a LIGHTLY USED DAYTON 2YU65 5kW Industrial/Heavy Duty Space Heater including 2YV16 mounting arm kit. This heavy duty space heater is 5000 Watt. 208 Volt, 24 Amp, 1/3(Single or Triple) Phase. It includes the 2YV16 mounting arm kit for wall mounting and hanging from the bracket(see pictures) The hardware for hanging from the arm is included but no wall anchors are included(you can supply your own depending on what you are mounting to) It is lightly used but works perfectly. There may be some dust and a mark or two but no dents or dings. Fronts are very clean, looking new. All louvers operate perfectly. This is a 30.000 BTU natural gas infrared ceiling heater. It is in very good condition, I had this in a building I own and when I rented the building the tennent did not want it in the building because he wanted to use the building for a church and this unit blows hot air straight down. This unit is designed to be used in an area that has open floor space. You can not store combustibles under it. It was only a couple years old when I removed it from the building. This unit sells for $529.00 new my starting price is way lower and the buy it now price is less than half of new price. Every thing you need to run this unit is included except the thermostat.
