Trane RTU is 8 years old and in good working condition. We have been performing all the required maintenance on the unit for the last 8 years. Unit is 10 Tons or 120.000 Btu of cooling, and 200,000 btu of heat. This is a roof-top package unit that does both gas heat and electric cooling. Unit is 208/230 volt 3 phase power and is also a two-stage cooling unit which means it has two 5 ton compressors in it. Overall for being 8 years old the unit is in relatively good shape. And was in good working conditioning when we took it out of operation. Does not come with a roof-curb which will be needed for rooftop operation. Uses r-22 refrigerant and has no known refrigerant leaks at this time. There is no optional smoke detector installed.
