Up for sale is a nice used USA made Modine PD30 natual gas garage heater. Currently set up for natural gas but I have a propane conversion kit on order. This is a compact unit measuring 24" H x 14" D(19" with fan) x 12" W and uses a 3" vent pipe. It has intermittent pilot with spark ignition so there is no standing pilot. It is gravity vented which is the only reason I am letting it go. I bought this then realized it will be much easier for me to use a power vented model. Shipping would likely end up in a damage claim so for now local pick up only.

Issues that we know of: 1. directional fins are bent and missing springs 2. Rear fan blade needs tighening 3. Frame has numerous dings and dents. 4. radiator fins are bent in numerous places. These are just the issues I have been able to identify.
