Included for this price is the Mini Split Outdoor Condenser Unit- 25.400 BTU, model CU-4KS24NBU; two of the Mini Split Wall Mounted Indoor Unit- 11,900 BTU, model CS-MKS12NKU; a Square D General Duty Safety Switch and a Panasonic remote control. I have two of these systems available. I conduct estate sales for a living and purchased the systems from a moving/semi-demolition sale I conducted. The systems were installed in the home, we used them the entire weekend and they kept the rooms they were in delightfully cool. I hired a professional HVAC company at a cost of $2,000 to unstall the systems and deliver them to my home.
