Here is a NOS RCA type 10Y and a used Raytheon type 10 tube. They were checked on a Military I-177 dynamic mutual conductance tube tester where 1500 and up is Good. They both tested strong: the RCA = 2700 and the Raytheon = 2000. There were no shorts or gas in them. The RCA comes in its original box with interior sleeve while the Raytheon comes in an original box Shipping will be $8.00. Including insurance, within the US. Vintage Will & Pyrex Chemistry Lab Distillation Test Tube Glass Flask Apparatus
This auction is for WILL glass tube with a Pyrex stopper and an unmarked petcock valve. The stopper and valve are stuck in place. But may be loosened and removed after a proper cleaning. The stoppers have ground ends, the tube is marked what I believe are 8 ml. to 45 ml. It's in good used condition with no cracks, breaks or chips. Up for Sale is an ATS Applied Test Systems Series 3310 Vertical High Temp Lab Tube Furnace! I am pretty sure this is a 208v. Single Phase system, judging by the plug size. Temperature up to 1700°C 3600 Watts 45 Amps Date of Manufacture: March 1992 This furnace is in good overall physical condition. With normal signs of use. The cast ceramic fiber insulation is in good condition as well. I don't know a lot about this unit. But I will describe what I see: This is not a"split-tube" furnace, it is one solid piece. There is an opening at the bottom. As you can see in the last few pictures. The white pipe looking pieces(shown on the floor in front of the furnace) used to be inside the furnace, but they cracked. So we removed them. They appear to be made of some sort of ceramic material. I don't know if they are necessary ... morepieces or not. I am not sure if there is supposed to be some sort of external control. But I don't see anyway to control the temp on the unit. You will receive ONLY what is shown in the pictures. It was just removed from a college campus. But I do not have 208-220v power here in order to test it. I am selling it AS IS. This will ship via freight. Cast iron body with 4 brass tubes this hand crank centrifuge allowed for both field testing and lab testing of milk& cream. Just clamp it on to any table or bench edge and crank the handle. In excellent working condition. Only issue I see is that the pin hold ing the crank to the gear case looks to be a replacement as it does not fit all the way in. First set of pictures actually show the unit upside down. See the last three pictures for the unit mounted and i n motion. Cast m ark s on body say Facile Pat Apr 21. 1903.
