Because I do not have a proper rotor I am unable to test this unit beyond powering on and cooling down. Therefore this centrifuge will be sold as-is. All functions work properly. The centrifuge runs at a steady 2800 rpm as indicated on the needle as well as at all settings in between. The refrigeration unit works properly and achieves its rated max low temp. The sight glass is missing from the top of the lid. That is why you see in the photos the temporary seal we formed using a piece of sheet insulation with one of the buckets on top in order to test the coldness inside the centrifuge.
