There are a few minor scuff marks or scratches on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition as well as all the displays. The internal structure of the item is in good condition with no dents or cracks. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We were able to use all the function buttons without any issues. We set the item to 4150 RPM. Set the timer to 5 minutes and set the temperature to 0 degrees. The item worked and ran through the time without any issues. The compressor worked and functioned properly as well. We then took out the rotor due to it only being max 4200 RPM and set the item to 15000 RPM. The item started to function properly but then would stop and display"e-21. We were able to research the error and it is due to not having a rotor installed. We measured the internal temperature with a digital thermometer and it read-02 degrees Celsius.
