It could be the wrong type of fuses. or it could be something more electrically detailed. Good condition to the body with no broken or missing parts. Comes with the metal centrifuge test tube holders but not glass centrifuge test tubes. Great for trying to fix or getting a part off of!

The horizontal crack, as seen in the photos, is so perfect it's not obvious that it's damaged and therefore is very suitable for display. On the other hand. Clay Adams CT-2900-BRH Micro Hematocrit Centrifuge
I tested this unit and found it to be working as it should and in very good working condition. I checked the brushes and found them to be about 1/2 inch in length. The instructions say that the brushes should be replaced at 3/16 of and inch. The unit has lots of use left in it. The exterior shows some normal signs of use but looks to have not been abused. I cleaned and repainted the under side of the top cover. The timer works. I am not sure of the exact size of the tubes that this unit uses but a#2 wood pencil fits almost perfectly into the grooves where I believe the proper size tube would fit and the cover screws on tightly.
