I bought these for some long parts I had to make. I don’t see myself making parts that long again. And this has been sitting on the shelf, so it’s time to find it a new home. This is in very nice shape; I took lots of pics so that you can see for yourself. Although I never used it. This is compatible with an RS-232 output. The battery was just replaced. The interior of the wooden case(32-1/4 x 7-5/16 x 1-1/4” was a bit too rough for my tastes when I received it. 24"60cm(600mm) Stainless Steel vernier calipers. Age unknown. Dual scale, direct reading inch or metric for outside measurements, 001" and.02mm divisions. For inside measurements, you have to add.500" or 12.7mm to the reading on the scale. Comes in original wooden case. Shows wear an tear from years of shop use, but clean, functions properly, and no damage, just light scratch marks. The shop these came from had all precision measuring tools calibrated annually, and these passed every year.

Normal scratches and bumps associated with use. Tool has several numbers lightly engraved on reverse but could be removed to provide a clean surface for your engravings.
