The dial has a blue tint on it at about the 4 o'clock position and they are zeroed at about 3 o'clock. These were used in a manufacturing environment and had a calibration date from the mid 90s. They were in storage for a while when I got them. I oiled and cleaned them. Great for a beginning machinist or everyday shop use! Great chance to save some money. Comes with the case as well! Steel caliper in excellent condition, moves up and down freely and tightens as intended. The dial shows some scuffing on window, and does not seem to lock in place. Looks like the small clamp is cracked to the left of it. Still seems to operate as intended but may not be"Shock Proof" exactly since the dial can't lock firmly in place.
