Leeds Yorkshire 1882-1904) Christopher Dresser inspired Sun or Solar Burst Pattern Wheel Thrown Gourd Lead-glazed Earthenware Vase with dimples in the main body and smaller dimples to the neck, also having impressed solar pattern detail scattered randomly throughout the body and neck. It is pattern number 990. It has been wheel thrown and in the last photo. You can see the uneven neck due to it being a hand made piece(it also shows the 2 tones of colour in the glaze better, ... morethough the main body has more of a greenish tinge to it It stands 8" tall and 5" across widest part of the body. The glaze is mainly a rich turquoise and near the neck. Becomes a soft subtle blue/green and has a very high glass like shine to the surface of this lead-glazed earthenware. It has the Burmantofts BF monogram makers mark. 990 and ENGLAND impressed to the base. It is in lovely condition. No damage, no resto ration but has very fine hard to see. Fine, clean micro crazing. As is often found in handmade pottery, there is one small area that has what I believe to be manufacturing flaws or tooling mark within the glaze, resulting in a pale area of glaze, whitish dot on the surface and a hard to see light mark above that which is easy to hide by rotating the vase for display purposes, They are not chips as non of it is recessed into the pottery in any way, if anything, the pale areas are raised slightly. I have shown a close up of this area which can be seen central to the photo as one individual whitish mark and the light mark below and the dot to the right and also clearly shows the micro crazing, there are also light reflections on the images which couldn't

This is a hard to find Sony Walkman Solar WM-F107. This comes with the battery attachment. The radio and solar panel work. It works fine off of battery also. The tape player does not work properly. You can hear the motor spinning but it does not spin the tape. I know this can be repaired by someone with more experience with these. There is some scuffing on the shell from many years of normal use and storage. I tried to show it in the pictures the best I could. This unit has a relatively low serial number also. The Fair(right) one has dents to glass ring, scratched glass, dents on rear and and bottom reservoir, unprofessional solder job to mounts which is now splitting away from body(though still attached) and missing rear bezel. The better of the two has smaller dents to glass ring, smaller dents to rear and bottom, again scratched glass, and a small split on chimney cone. Bezel is intact, and overall has no old repairs. Minor dent and very cool patina. It comes on a stand, but does not rotate well, has some issues with the stand due to the dent, as shown in the close up of the dent(which is on the bottom difficult to see side) Very cool vintage piece. I was told it is from the 1950s. Possibly earlier, but no date that I could find on the globe to verify, so that is just an estimate. On the bottom of the stand. Is each planet in our solar system& how far away it is from earth. On the top is a global clock, which is adjustable and reads the time of day in different sides of the globe. Globe is a 7.5" globe. This is a system controller for a solar water pump by Dankoff. This is the controller only. Found in the Dankoff ETAPUMP Integrated Solar Pump System ETA-04-300. The casing of this controller has some scratches and scuffs. But as a whole the unit looks like it's rugged for tough environments. There are 8 sets of wires coming out of the unit for a length of nearly 4 feet. Examining all of the screws around the case. And the gaskets of the case, it does not appear that it has ever been opened or tampered with inside. The power button feels responsive. It is noted that there are no user serviceable parts inside. I am selling this in the expectation that this should be a replacement controller. As we do not have the full system. We are unable to fully test.
