The pressure adjust bolt is on the back of the pump. Turning it in increases the pressure and turning it out reduces the pressure. You can also mount a filtration system on the pressure side of the pump. Output rates vary with the type of oil and it's temperature. Diesel pumps at 12 GPM. WVO at room temperature will pump at 12 GPM. 15w40 diesel engine oil will pump at up to 10 GPM when it is above 50 degrees in temperature. These pumps are better than other pumps because they have the power to self prime. It is better to have shorter suction hoses when possible because longer suction hoses will slow your flow rate. Another huge plus this pump offers is NO DUTY CYCLE! You can use it as long as you like without having to shut it off to cool. Other pumps you may see have duty cycles of 20 minutes or less. If you run them past their duty cycle their cheap little motors melt. Many of them were never intended to pump any type of oil. Just water or diesel. Thin. Easy to pump liquids- not thick oil. Vintage Morley Tel Ray Wah Volume Pedal WVO. Works Great!
Up for sale is a vintage Morley Wah Volume pedal made by the Tel Ray Electronics Company. Everything works as it should electronically and cosmetically it's in decent shape. The chrome's looking nice because I just polished it. But it is peppered with light rust in a few places. I'll try and tell you everything about the pedal and the repairs that were made so you know exactly what was done to it. I purchased it from someone who only said"it didn't work like it used to" I found that moving the pedal up and down caused it to make contact with the light bulb mount making it short out. I simply readjusted the mount to fix this. I also found that the shutter that is used to cover photo resistors had become unglued in the unit so the wah and volume functions were not operating properly. I reattached the shutter to the ... morechassis using gorilla tape. With these repairs the pedal is now working properly. Overall. I think this is a great sounding pedal and perfect for the player or the collector. Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for looking.

Waste Oil Pump by WVO Designs
Great pump for Veggie oil. Or waste oil pumping! It only has a few hours total run time, practically new. I'm getting out of the oil business as I'm going to fire my boiler by wood waste instead of oil. Has 1 1/4 inch hose barbs. I can't remember the GPM on this but it can empty a 55gal drum in a few minutes! This is a beast of a pump. There is no filter screen that comes with this. I bought this off eBay from PA Biodiesel Supply a few months ago for 150$. This has been used on my filtering system for wvo that I was running in my car. It works great. Just run the oil from one 55 gallon drum to the other to make it clean and get out water ect in just one hour. I tried my best to clean it but if you have ever dealt with this stuff it is messy and is hard to clean. Specs- The flow rate capacity of the wvo centrifuge is.93 GPM or 55 gallons per hour. The centrifuge measures 4" in diameter by 6.5" tall. Rotor is capable of holding 10.5 oz. of contaminants. One 55 gallon drum of WVO will take approximately 60 minutes to process. The viscosity is the critical part of this equation. Centrifuge generates at 85 PSI a centrifugal force 2,000 times greater than gravity at 7500 RPM. Up for sale is my WVO/Biodiesel process supplied. I have a 200 PSI bag filter housing(pressure vessel) A 1/3 HP pump from Redline pump and a 400⁰F 55 gallon barrel band heater. I purchased this equipment new and used it to filter and dewater WVO that I used for my 2-3 hour daily commute. I used to commute from Salem Oregon to Portland Oregon every day- a distance of 100 to 110 miles that took me anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours one way. I got the WVO from our café at work, took it home and put it in a 55 gallon drum where I heated it for 1-2 days with the band heater. Once heated to ~100 degrees, I bled the water out of the mixture, then filtered the WVO through a 5 micron 4"x8" sock filter into clean containers. I am selling one of my WMO WVO centrifuges. It is based on a pressure cooker design. I am using a raw power centrifuge bowl( coupled to a 3450 rpm motor which is driven by a Fincor VFD(variable frequency drive) to spin the centrifuge at 6000 rpm. I built two of these and one was for a friend who changed his mind. I have some photos attached of the build of the unit for sale as well as some youtube videos of mine in action. Hey guys. Today I am selling an incomplete Jetta TDI kit that needs some TLC. Buying these parts individually new would cost well over 400 dollars. I am starting the bidding at 100. I bought this with the original intent of installing it in a 1992 international school bus. Unfortunately. I have had some financial issues pop up and I am being forced to abandon the project. I got this for a bargain off craigslist and now I'm passing my good fortune off to someone else. I cannot attest to the working condition of any of these parts so I am selling this AS IS. Up for bid is a used WVO Designs Raw Power centrifuge. This unit has served me well. But I no longer have the time and desire to pursue my WVO plans. I added a Control Techniques Comander SE.37KW variable frequency drive to control the speed, and a Cutler Hammer E45 48 temperature controller with thermocouple. No heater is included. The unit will be shipped in two boxes and will be disassembled for safe shipment. New seals, if needed, can be ordered from WVO Designs. They have exceptional customer service. The main shaft seal should probably be replaced since the motor will be removed from the bowl for shipping. I have been very happy with this unit. And have expeditiously cleaned over 1000 gallons of WVO. The VFD is currently set to spin the shaft at just under 6000 rpm with a simple flip of a switch on the outside of the 3R enclosure. 6000RPM WVO WMO Oil Centrifuge +Booster 230V WVO Designs Barely Used motor oil
This is a barely used WVO Designs 6000 RPM Centrifuge. The exact setup that I am selling here. Costs $1597 new from WVO Designs. Their Ebay item number is: 281206643653. I bought this centrifuge about a year ago and centrifuged approximately 200 gallons of oil. It works very well: it is very well balanced(no vibrations even at 6000 RPM) and it pulls the finest particles out of the oil. I am selling it because I started looking into all the certifications that would be required to keep large quantities of oil on my property for what I wanted to do. And it was more trouble that I was willing or had time to deal with. As long as you aren't storing large volumes of oils/fuels on your property, you don't need any special certifications. This model has the extra triangle shaped metal piece that bolts into the middle of the centrifuge wheel ... moreto speed up and economize the oil cleaning process. That wheel has 3 bolts that hold it in, and one of the bolts goes in a little loosely. It might be a good idea to tap a hole for the next size bolt and replace the bolt. This centrifuge plugs into normal household outlets and runs very quietly. The Green Spin Centrifuge was designed specifically for cleaning particulate from waste oils and fluids. This design does not include a cut-off valve. Which after multiple uses becomes inoperable and will cause the centrifuge to work at a diminished capacity or not at all. The centrifuge works by means of centrifugal force and is capable of cleaning fluids to one tenth of a micron. High pressure oil is pumped to the centrifuge and sprayed from opposing jets to spin the rotor at speeds approaching 8000 rpm to remove particulate from the fluid. This force extracts solid contaminants from the fluid stream and deposits them on the inner wall of the cleanable rotor as a dense. Solid cake. To clean WVO. Settle the dirty oil in a separate container and filter to at least 100 microns to remove the larger particles out of the oil. Heating the WVO ... moreto a temperature of 100°F will lower the viscosity and allow suspended water to settle. The oil needs to be heated for the oil to move through the centrifuge. The fluid should flow like water for the centrifuge to work properly. Fluids other than WVO may or may not need to be heated to achieve the desired viscosity. Temperatures of at least 150°F must be maintained and temperatures above 180 degrees are not beneficial. If you complete enough passes. The centrifuge will polish the oil to NEVER allow the pressure to exceed 100 psi. Over 100 psi will cause damage and void the warranty. The rotor will need to be cleaned approximately every 150-200 gallons and will take 5-10 minutes to complete the process. The rotor will be extremely hot and will need to cool prior to cleaning. You have the option of purchasing an extra rotor to use while cleaning the dirty rotor.
