Antique Folk Art Ship in a Bottle Dutch Windmills Buildings Schooner Erna
An absolutely Super Ship in a Bottle. I have seen many examples of these over the years. But I love the Folksy Art addition in this piece, namely the row of old wooden buildings in the back. The one all the way on the right and the one all the way to the left appear to be Windmills, so one would presume that this is a Dutch scene. The ship has a name written on the front, so it is obviously the Sailing Ship/Schooner Erna. I don't know the exact age of this piece, but the bottle certainly appears to have quite a bit of age to it. No chips or cracks to the bottle. Part of the cork is missing, but that certainly doesn't detract from the appearance of the piece. Comes with its own stand, as can be seen in the photographs. Antique Vintage Hanging Light Windmills Beautiful Unique
Very unique hanging light fixture. Has windmills on the glass panels. The glassed is ribbed or lined not smooth. Appears to have been rewired at some point. The story that was told to me is that this fixture came out of a early 1900's home located in Irvington MD which is right outside of Baltimore. The light itself is about 10" tall and about 5" in diameter at the top. Could use a good cleaning as I don't think it's been cleaned in the last 50 years. Has a hinged top so the bulb can be replaced. Bulb in the picture is not included. A very unique and unusual light. Please refer to the pictures for a more detailed look at the condition. Posted with

Up for bid is a pair of antique/ vintage wall pockets depicting a little Dutch girl and windmills. Which are not as common as the"fox hunt" motif. One seems to have been used more or something, as the tinting on the design is gone. One of the windmills appears to have a coat of arms on it.at least it looks like it. There are no cracks or mends, but there is flaking of paint which is common on pieces this old. A great addition to your decor, collection, or your store. They are 7" long. Thanks for looking.

There is a hole and some fabric fading on the long cut side. That edge has another much smaller hole(1/8" diameter) nearer the bottom. The feedsack has been washed so most of the. markings left by the heavy thread when it was sewn into a sack are gone. The background is kelly green. The farm drawings are either navy or black- I'm unable to tell. This unique feedsack would make an excellent addition to your collection. 2 Vintage Wooden Wood Wall Plates Hangings Windmills Holland Hand Painted
I saw these very old wooden plaques at an estate sale and I couldn't resist them. I am of Dutch heritage and just felt they had to be purchased for some reason so I did. Well. I have no where to hang them nor anyone to give them too, so I hope they find a decent home on ebay just for nostalgia sake. They are hand painted and signed, and stamped on the back. Very hard to read that stamp so I made it black and white in the photo which is easier sometimes and helps readability. They are about 8" in diameter and some of the paint is coming off. Maybe they can be restored. The windmills move. I have a soft heart for my Dutch ancestors.

Estate find! Gorham Sterling childs dish measuring 6 3/8" in diameter and weighing in at 106g. The dish is marked GORHAM STERLING A12375/1. It depicts a Dutch patturn of windmills and children in traditional dutch garb. I think it is around 1920's era but I am not sure. It is in quite good shape for its age with light utensil marks and two very tiny. Barely descernable dents. Please view all the photos carefully as they are part of the description. However, we also found many, many items that were wrapped in the La Presse(Montreal, Quebec, Canada) from the 60's. Additional items were wrapped in a Dutch newspaper from the 60's also. So it is a bit of a conundrum as to when and/or where these actually originate from.
