Solar cells for panel, satellite type, 2.5"x1.5", robot
This price is for damaged solar cells as pictured. Some may be in good shape for use. They are rejects for satellite usage. Size is approximately 1 1/2 inch x 2 1/2 inch and very thin. Electrical connections may be missing or difficult to use. Measuring between metal backing and tabs. I measure 2.2 Volts(open circuit) and 250 milliamps(short circuit) from each tab. They usually have built in diode protection in each cell. A silver epoxy solder would work well to assemble these. Though careful low temperature solder works also. Similiar type cells are are found in this link. No refunds. Bid accordingly. Dispose as e-waste if not used.
