Ok.The rarest of the rare. Antique States Company Phase Sequence Indicator serial number Q300. If you are into antique test equipment this is a jewel. If you are into steampunk gadgets this is a must own piece. You will not find another anywhere. Features all flat head screws. A nicely worn wooden enclosure with finger joints, a glass viewing window, wonderful old plastic faceplate, plastic thumbscrews, a fancy nameplate with logo, and eagle lock co. hardware. Flaws are many but none major given it's age. The feet are dry rotted, the top of wooden enclosure has been glued, there are many scratches, dings, the metal has tarnish, it also appears that a handle has been lost(most likely leather that dry rotted) This is the only one that I've ever seen and research on this piece was rather difficult even with the Internet. This is a Wavetek model 750 phase meter. Designed for accurately measuring the phase difference in degrees between two different AC signals. It has a five digit Nixie tube display, and the measuring range is 10Hz to 2MHz, with voltage inputs from 1mV to 340V rms. Accuracy is 0.1% and the amplitude ratio between the two channels can be up to 1004:1. There is also an analog output of-10mV per degree of phase. Unfortunately, the input B volts range button cap is broken off, but rest assured that the switch itself still works perfectly when pressed with a suitable plastic rod or pen cap. The missing button cap is not difficult to obtain and replace. This instrument also of course includes the special rounded rectangle type 163 power cord which is difficult and expensive to obtain.
