6' heavy duty box scraper, 3 point hitch attachment, barely used
I bought this box scraper new about 6 years ago to maintain my dirt driveway and I ended up using it once. It worked well. But I've found that taking my backhoe off the tractor to use implements is a pain in my butt, so I never used it again. I just use my front end loader when I have to smooth something. Functionally, it is as new. cosmetically, it has a few spots of surface rust consistant with it's age and not being stored in a garage. Nothing to affect its usability though. this is a heavy duty box scraper for a normal size three point hitch. My tractor is 30 hp. I can help load in a trailer or truck. NO SHIPPING. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY! The teeth look great. As they should after only being used once. I think it is Southern equipment brand. But not sure because I don't see a label. Skid Steer attachment -- Snow Plow Meyers 8.5 foot
Up for sale is a Skid Steer mounted snow plow attachment that will fit any Bobcat skidsteer or similar type machine. It has a meyers 8.5 foot plow blade and framing that attaches it to your skidsteer. This plow will enable your skid steer to be much more productive when pushing snow than a bucket alone. It attaches very easily to the machine using the standard bobcat quick attach. This plow was used on a 864 bobcat and worked well with that size machine. The plow can use some paint. But is otherwise in decent condition for snow. It has been in storage and is a seasonal use item, so it may need a hose or fitting attention. The attachment mounting uses two removable pins for easy hookup of the plow blade, and an adjustable height for the plow chain. The 5’ blade is a very manageable size for all around use and easy to operate. It may fit other John Deere loader models. But you need to check with your John Deere dealer for fitment. I am guessing it weighs in the 400 lb. range. It will move some serious snow. I am using it on a John Deere 4410. 36HP diesel. This plow is designed for a mid-size tractor. This is no garden tractor snow plow. To use the hydraulic angle feature. You MUST have front hydraulic lines installed on the front of your tractor or loader frame. Same as you need for a clam-shell bucket. They are the standard hydraulic fittings found on most tractors. Nothing exotic! This is the“Quick Attach System” just pull two pins and drop it or install it. Plug in the hydraulic lines and go to work. No different than putting on a bucket. This snow plow by Curtis is their“Hitch-n-Run” system. According to Curtis. It is a universal plow which will fit other loaders with the correct attaching brackets welded to the plow. Curtis sold me the correct brackets for the John Deere and I had them professionally welded to plow frame. When I bought it. It had been on a Kabota tractor. I simply bought the John Deere brackets for my tractor. I had three metal loops welded to the top of the plow for easy lifting when not attached to the loader. It is the"Quik Lift" It was the first time since the T Series Pumps that the motor was mounted horizontally. It was the fastest unit Meyer had made to date. The pump itself had a higher GPM flow than previous units. And the standard E-60 pump put out 2500PSI. It was set at 2500 PSI due to the small diameter of the lift piston on the end of the lift ram. The small surface area required 2500 PSI to lift the larger blades. The pump itself is capable of over 5000 PSI but the top cap of the unit will crack into pieces at approximately 3000 PSI. Up for auction is a like new Kubota BL2664 Rear Mount Snowblower. I bought my tractor last year form a church and the snowblower was part of the sale. It was purchased in 2011 for $5.230 as you can see from the receipt. They owned it for 2 years and hardly used it, I've owned it for over 1 year and never used it as it is not the reason I purchased the tractor. This unit has every option including a hydraulic rotating chute and a hydraulic deflector. It also has the side snow extension kit. It is 64" model with a 3-point hitch mount. I also have the owners manual. I have it mounted on a Kubota B3030 tractor but you will need to do the research to determine if it will fit your model.
