John Deere compact tractor snow blade for front end loader
This is a sale for my hydraulically angled snowplow. It is designed to fit on a compact tractor. It mounts to the forks once the bucket has been removed from the forklift. I had it mounted to my John Deere 2520 with a 200 CX loader. It was made by Horst Welding. They are now called HLASnow and can be found on the web. This is now their 1000 series. I had it modified by having adjustable round snow plow skids mounted as it did not have them when I purchased it new. I also utilized a heavy rubber scraper which is reversible and still has much life. It tended to work as a squeegee on my long asphalt drive and did an excellent job without damaging the asphalt. It does have hydraulic angling. I also have the original steel cutting blade which can be put back on if you prefer. John Deere I believe it is a model 74 front snow plow/dozer blade for a 755. 855& 955 compact tractor. The blade is 54" wide and has adjustable skid shoes on it. This works great for plowing snow. It is in good condition and comes complete with ALL mounts. Once the mounts are on the tractor the blade can be installed or removed in under a minute. I would prefer local pickup unless the buyer wanted to set up shipping. You can also grade gravel roads with the blade. John Deere 54" Quick Hitch Snow Plow Blade, Power Angle and Lift, No Reserve!!
This is a no reserve auction for a John Deere 54" Quick Hitch snow plow blade. It has only been used a handful of times on small driveway and always cleaned and stored indoors. It is in excellent condition. It has the optional rubber cutting edge installed(keeps it from scratching driveway) and even has 3M clear film professionally installed on the front of the blade to help keep the snow from sticking. It is both power angle and lift. I used this on my John Deere 2520. But I recently upgraded to a 3520 with a loader mounted plow and no longer have a use for this plow. This is a John Deere model 380 A front blade for a mid size JD Utility Tractor. This blade was mounted on a JD790 tractor. This is a 66" wide model. All four mounts are included. The front mounts bolt to the brackets directly below the radiator. The rear mounts bolt to the main frame where the loader mounts bolt to tractor. The blade is a quick detach model once you have the brackets bolted on the tractor. The hydraulic lines connect to the same ports as the front end loader. This blade is very tight and shows little use. The paint is faded and the hyd. hoses are weathered but the overall condition is excellent. This is a nice used Heavy duty John Deere 8 foot wide blade. I has three adjustments. It can be angled to push left or right. Can be angled with ends up or down, and then can be off set from center of hitch to left or right. The cutting edge is in great shape as can be seen by the pictures. There are two welds. One on each of the side support bars leading to the three point hitch. Then there has been some extra iron added to the main pipe frame in the center. It was this way when I got it 15 years ago and has never given me a problem. I sand blasted and repainted it in 2008. I don't need this blade any more so I've decided to sell it. I took the loader off and put the blade on in about 15 min. ONLY the plow– nothing else. The loader attachment is NOT being auctioned. Selling a 5’ Curtis hydraulic angle snow plow for use on a John Deere Quick Detach Loader. I have it installed on a John Deere 430 Loader. And I know it will work on a 460 Loader too. I have owned both Loaders. And my attachments will fit both the 430 and 460. The 5’ blade is a very manageable size for all around use and easy to operate. It may fit other John Deere loader models. But you need to check with your John Deere dealer for fitment. I can’t answer that question. So please don’t ask me. Move it up or down. Tilt it, and angle to either side. This is a heavy plow. Not a cheaply made ... moreimport. I am guessing it weighs in the 400 lb. range. It will move some serious snow. I am using it on a John Deere 4410. 36HP diesel. This plow is designed for a mid-size tractor. This is no garden tractor snow plow. To use the hydraulic angle feature. You MUST have front hydraulic lines installed on the front of your tractor or loader frame. Same as you need for a clam-shell bucket. They are the standard hydraulic fittings found on most tractors. Nothing exotic! This is the“Quick Attach System” just pull two pins and drop it or install it. Plug in the hydraulic lines and go to work. No different than putting on a bucket. This snow plow by Curtis is their“Hitch-n-Run” system. According to Curtis. It is a universal plow which will fit other loaders with the correct attaching brackets welded to the plow. Curtis sold me the correct brackets for the John Deere and I had them professionally welded to plow frame. When I bought it. It had been on a Kabota tractor. I simply bought the John Deere brackets for my tractor. I had three metal loops welded to the top of the plow for easy lifting when not attached to the loader. The black paint shown on the plow is a rust inhibitor
