Whelen Guardian Halogen Mini Lightbar
Up for auction is a Whelen Guardian Halogen Mini Lightbar. This bar has only been on this vehicle for little under 6 months. Very good condition! Lens is shiny with minimal scratches and absolutely NO fading. Lights are new and rotators have been greased up good. The internal plastic frame has no cracks. The reflectors are like new and have almost no dust on them. The housing has never been taken off except to change the lights. This is a very clean bar and also comes with an in-line quick disconnect(pictured) The bar is magnetically mounted to any vehicle roof. Quick disconnect is helpful if you ever need to remove the bar. Whelen Advantedge dual strobe amber mini lightbar
I have a used and vintage Advantedge model dual strobe mini lightbar in this auction. This lightbar was made by Whelen but carries the Austin brand name. Which was an industrial products division of Whelen back in the 1980s before they were merged. Advantedge lightbars in both mini and fullsize are very popular with emergency and safety lighting collectors and this one is unique because of it's rarely seen internal setup of two individual 360 degree helix strobes with their own power supplies. It is working perfectly with bright double pulse flashes from the pair of strobes inside it. The bar has amber lenses and endcaps with vertical optic lines built in to enhance and widely spread the strobe flashes. They are a bit hazy from being constantly outdoors in the elements but they are not cracked or broken and still look decent and would ... morebe noticeably better if they were cleaned and polished. It's internal components appear to be in good overall condition with definite signs of use. And it appears one of the strobes has been replaced at some point since it is newer looking and slightly different in appearance. Which means brighter and better attention getting flashes. This lightbar has been lightly used and it is working perfectly with bright flashes from the rotators and a pair of V shaped mirrors between them that reflect additional flashes. The rotator reflectors and motors. Mirrors, bulbs, and all other internal components are in like new condition with very little indication of use. This was a magnet mount bar, however I mounted it to a backrack with backrack mounts(Which can be included for an extra $25, these are heavy) However I do have the 4 90LB magnets, however I misplaced 1 of the 4 screws that mount the magnets to the bracket, and I found out the rubber spacers were used for a project at my fire dept. This bar can accept nearly any type of Whelen Black feet, or the Pylon mounts. Comes with approx 9 feet of cable, +.Pattern. Lens are clean, 9.5/10, No bug residue.
