This is a used Code 3 RVM dual head strobe light for interior warning. These are designed to mount on the dash. Visor or deck. This isem has been tested and works great, multiple flashing modes changeable via internal jumpers, item will arrive set to cycle flash which just cycles through all modes. The 12v plug was removed to allow for wiring directly to a switch and the cord is about 2 feet long.
