Vintage 1970s? 1980s? ESCO Flashing Light 120V The top part is made of plastic the bottom base is made of metal. The top part does swivel so you can turn light. The cord is split from rubber going into the box but does not affect the light from working as it should. I just installed a new Bulb. When you first plug light in you do need to wait about 15 sec for warm up before light starts to flash. Plastic lens has no cracks. Code 3 PSE Model 323AH Halogen Rotating Beacon– Used This is a dual. Halogen, rotating, beacon which uses two 55-watt#795 bayonet based halogen light bulbs. It was very lightly used and is still in very good shape. Each rotator produces 90 to 95 flashes per minute. This is a very bright beacon.
