Top is Red Glass(not plastic) used and overall good condition: The entire fixture is about 7 inches tall. This is a very modern style of light. It has a quick release top to access the light bulb. It has a threaded hole that you cant ake a 1 inch standard threaded pipe and screw into the light fixture. The light uses standard light bulb thread. You can put in a standard house light bulb including a short CFL bulb. The light is very easy to get electric power to. You take your power wires wrap around the 2 screws/ tighten and that will give power to the bulb. This would be great for towers or even a table lamp in your home: Condition notes: Overall light ... moreis used and good condition. There are 2 very small nick's or chips on the side of the globe- see picture with fingers pointing to the marks. These marks in glass are only on the surface- no major damage to the glass or cracks. The glass globe has lots of white dots or marks- may be paint overspray or something simular. Only the surface effected- again no major problem with glass globe. The rubber ring is in great condition, not cracked/not dry. Threads in the aluminum base are in perfect condition- not stripped. Slight redish tower paint overspray on the alum base. Used Large 120-V TRIPP LITE Amber Caution WARNING Revolving BEACON Safety Light
For auction is this large 115/120 volts. Used, TRIPP LITE" Model VI. Amber caution"WARNING" revolving beacon safety light. The light has an aluminum base with an amber colored plastic dome that is clamped on to the base with a locking expansion ring that fits snugly around the base of the dome. Please refer to the description photos for more details about what I have described. The light fixture measures approximately 9.75" tall and 7.75" in diameter at the bottom and 6.50" at the top of the dome. There is an approximate 15" long black electrical cord that runs out the bottom of the light. The cord has been cut shorter in order to dismantle and remove it from pole it had once been mounted upon. The cord does not have a plug. The plastic amber dome is in very good condition as it is clear and shows no signs ... moreof cracks. Chips or having any significant scratches or scuffing over its surface. There are minor light scratches and wear marks about the dome's surface but this is from normal use over the years and nothing you would not expect to see on a piece such as this. The aluminum base is also in very good condition showing signs of minor oxidation on the bottom and some age spots along the sides. Both of these noted minor issues can easily be mitigated with a little"000" steel wool and a few minutes of the new owners time. There is a" TRIPP MFG. CO. embossed metal tag riveted to the side of the light's base. The tag measures approximately 1.0" by 3.75" in size and provides the following information. I pulled this out of an out-of-business club which was using it as a Disco effect. It's an approximately 8" revolving light. It is powered by 120V and functions. The light comes complete with a lighting clamp. The RED enclosure is approximately 7-1/2 by 5-1/2" The overall light is 9" high. Pretty bright.

For auction is this nice looking. 12 volts, DIETZ#245. Series A1. Amber caution"WARNING" revolving beacon safety light.
