We bought it a couple of years ago, and haven't used it since we put a front mount blade on our Ford 4600. Winter might be ending but get in on a good deal for next year! Sold as is where is. This is a TORO POWER HANDLE with a fresh motor mounted on a SNOW BLOWER atachment This power handle is on the snow blower atachment. It has a new"ish" 3 1/2 horspower motor. Works great. but I have just left the clutch enganged all the time. It's getting old, so I leave it in all the time, I don't know how well it will work to have it tighten and loosen the belt as it was originaly meant to do] I have gone through snow Higher than the height of the opening. Also have more atachments for the"handle" which removes with the motor on it and goes to several other units. Powering them and providing the handle for them. Tractor bucket mounted snow blower
As new. Bucket mounted snow blower for tractors. This machine slides onto the lip of the bucket, secured with two binders and locks securely. It is self powered with a gasoline 16 hp engine. The auger is 48" with the whole blower being 50" The controls to engage/disengage the auger are mounted on your tractor and operates by a belt drive to an electric clutch. The blower chute swings left and right by a switch also mounted on your tractor. Blower motor is electric start from its own mounted battery(new) as is all controls self contained and powered by the battery mounted on blower. The gas engine charges the battery while running. The blower throws dry cold snow about 30' and wet snow about 20' I wanted a snow blower for my Kubota and all offered were very expensive and ran off the pto rear mounted on 3pt hitch. Meaning ... moreyou had to crane your neck around backwards to run it. cold damp weather with a craned neck was NOT gonna happen for me. I built this machine two years ago(engineer) and now old. Retired and bad arthritis, so I won't be using it anymore. I have NEVER had any problems with it and I used it around my homestead with about 2000' of winding driveway and such. You can come see/ hear it run. I will show you how easy it is to mount and run. Another great thing about this setup is that the bucket on your tractor is still available to scraping, moving snow piles, collecting firewood, etc. This is truly and invention out of necessity and I am very pleased with it. This came in on trade with a Ford tractor. The tractor is gone. Here is the snow blower. There is a rust through spot at the bottom of the secondary housing. It is about the size of a quarter. The secondary auger blades have bends and chips indicative or rock strikes. The manual ... morechute rotation operates as it should. There was a bunch of dirt and rocks inside of the auger housing. I was able to turn the blade and everything rotated freely. I cleaned out the housing a little. and now I cannot get ti to rotate. I must have got a rock jammed in it somewhere.
