I took in an untested Bird 5000 on trade and do not have a 5010 sensor to test it with. The battery seems good as it holds a charge. I have no idea how long it will hold a charge. I have a DC power cable that goes with it as shown in 3rd picture. This is how you charge the battery and/or operate the unit. Original specs call for 12 volts DC at up to 400 ma. The pictures show the first start up screen. 2nd picture shows 2nd screen, then the 3rd picture shows the screen it ends up on. All this is with no sensor or cable attached. Very good condition Boonton 4220 RF Digital Power Meter. This has been my shop unit for the past several years. I have updated to a later model power meter. There are some paint chips on the unit. Mostly on the top of the case. This model tracks within about 0.2 db of my other test equipment(HP 8647A) and a 4220A power meter. I have recorded the testing results from three different power sensors from 1 to 1000 MHz.
