But throws a cal error when calibrating the sensor(see pictures) Sensor could be damaged(RF is really not my domain- and I wouldn't know how to test it otherwise) On Feb-06-14 at 17:31:59 PST. Hewlett Packard HP 8484A power sensor microwave RF to 18 GHz
As I continue to clean out my lab. I keep finding a number of great items and this is one of them. This sensor looks to be very lightly used. I am quite certain I tested it when I bought it. It has been sitting in an anti-static foam lined box on a shelf for quite some time. I simply have no need for it since I have a couple other power measurement heads for my HP meter. The 8484A is rated at.3 nW to 10 pW so it is capable to some very small measurements. Of course with the appropriate attenuation in front of it this can measure some pretty hefty power. The sides show some wear. Bench top type minor scratches but the male N connector shows nothing that I can see with the naked eye. Please see my other auctions for more great items.
