I replaced the thrust bearing in the extruder and checked the drill motor brushes before advertising it. Everything is working as it should. Maguire Blender These parts are from the stock room of plastic extrusion company that is closed. Devices with cylinders are plastic flow valves of two different types. We installed different valves for low or high flowing materials. All of these valves are expected to be usable. There is one sensor as shown. There were several Maguire blenders in the plant from the small MB type up to larger 6 bin units. All parts are usable and may or may not be new. RDN Servo Fly Knife Extrusion Cutter - Plastic, Flyknife, RDN, Con Air
This is an RDN rotary fly knife cutter. It is a 1993 model and was originally a clutch-brake unit. Bust has been retrofitted with an Emerson 2.5 hp Servo drive and motor that is set up with a 2:1 reduction for high torque. It has also been upgraded with an Allen Bradley PLC and a color Red Lion touchscreen controller. The cutter uses a 3 1/4" bushing and will cut up to a 3" part.
