Uhmw toboggan
This toboggan is 16in wide 10ft long with 2ft curl giving 8 ft of avalible packing. Cross members are also uhmw. Fastened with non corossive screws and I bolts. I've pulled 150+lbs 7.5 miles with ease. Stronger and more durable in cold weather than hdpe. I built 3 of these and only have use for one. Sled was used by a friend for a day of fishing wich was pulled from the boat landing to fishing spot aprox 1/4 mile.

But it makes great signs. The last picture shows an address that I did and the neighborhood pretty much wanted signs like this as well. Sold my CNC machine and I have some of this to unload. This is a new(never used) material. But it has been sitting around here for a long time. Scrapes and scratches from being moved from here to there. I looked over it pretty good and one side appears perfect to me. This piece weighs almost six pounds.
