Merritt Davis 2.5" Plastic Extruder
Merritt Davis 2.5" 40 HP(AC Driven) 24/1(approx) plastic extruder. Has a general purpose screw. Mainly running Rigid PVC. We also ran Flex PVC, ABS, and Santoprene/Uniprene through it. The controls on the barrel have been upgraded Ogden ETR8100 controllers, the Die is controlled by a Eurotherm 808. The motor is driven by a Control Techniques UNI drive. Occasionally the drive will throw an HF83 error, but can be cleared off pretty easily. Everything else works perfectly fine on the machine; includes original manuals and wiring diagrams. Machine is still powered and installed. Appointment can be made to inspect machine. We can load onto truck, or palletize for additional fee.
