Up for auction is an Speedaire pneumatic powered Megatron 110A plastic injection mold machine. We have also included 1 mold(Toy Wheel) This machine was part of a closed. School tech shop and was removed in good working order. We tested it and found it to heat up and the cylinder to function as well. We did not have plastic to test it with. Cosmetically, it shows signs of use including a few scratches. It may benefit from a light cleaning. There is plastic residue hardened to the cylinder. 2/3 oz Emco plastic injection mold machine.I had to put for parts because it leaks air.Finding these for sale is rare. Ive seen these sell on Ebay for over 2 grand. When the guy shipped it to me. The on off switch got bent, still works, and the thermostate swich got broke, so I bought a new themostate with ajustable controls and bought the kind that you use a screw driver to put in, a blade type and turn, I got that kind becuase when the temp is right, you dont need to adjust it, but its still ez to adjust.There is a small light bulb and the cover is broke on it, the cover is about 1/2 inches in diiamiter. The unit leaks a little air.Not a lot. I ask a guy and he said that it was probably all coroded inside, I thought maybe he was right,so I took the 4 bolts lose and looked inside, its in great shape.The heaters work, the thermostate is recently ... morereplaced.Nothing is cracked, rusted, ect.I think it could use some new o rings.It still functions. The base has a hole in the back.They originally had an air modle, and a lever modle. Put a lever on it if you like. rebuild the air unit, whatever. These take restarunt equipment parts, so the heaters and thermostates are always availible if needed. Emco made great stuff.This isnt a cheap import, top of the line for proto types and small parts. comes with some molds. Item is as described. I found old ebay listings for these, you can look one up and see what they said about these units. Its a little over 60 lbs, Ill crate it in a wooden box and free shipping but only to the contenintal United states.

There are some small bags of various plastics. There is a thermometer. And some other various tools. It will include a mold for a poker chip mold. Boy 50 ton plastic injection mold machine
you are bidding on a Boy 50 ton plastic injection molding machine. I have it listed as parts only not working because I do not know if it works or not reportedly it was working when pulled from service but some small parts may have been removed. So far as I can tell all of the electrical components are in the control cabinet All of the main components appear to be in working order but some may have some slight surface rust from not being used the Machine otherwise looks to be in good shape I figure a good maintenance tech could have it running is fairly short order. There are no molds with the machine I have it listed as local pickup only but may be able to assist in arranging shipment.
