4 Ounce Plastic Injection Molding Machine. 2” OD Barrel. 15” long with a ¾” OD chucking shaft with handle. Has nozzle, tip& fill valve, with protective heat wrap sleeve. Has temperature control up to 400 degrees. Power: 110 volts. I have been using this unit for small production parts. And it works well, I just have no use for it any longer. It now needs a new home. It is ready to use. Just attached unit to a vice and use the handle to power pump. Or do like I did and use a lathe to power the injector pump. Either way, the pump doesn’t require much power to turn. Plug it into 110 volt outlet, wait for it to get to desired temp, turn handle or turn on lathe, and then feed plastic down funnel. I held my molds in place with the tail stock. And if I use it in a vice I just held the mold up to nozzle by hand. Then open the fill valve ... moreto fill molds. I also make molds for this unit. Up for your consideration is a used"VAN DORN 170" 170 TON) Plastic Injection Molding Machine. This is a model 170-RS-14F-HX. This Van Dorn 170 is used but seems to be in very nice condition for being used. It is not in new shape- but I would certainly give it at least a 8.8 out of 10 shape. This has been sitting in dry storage for over 15 years- not being used. The gentleman who owned it shut down his business and put it away for safe keeping with plans on starting it back up or selling it to someone that would. Time has flown by and now it is time to find a new home for this nice machine. It worked when it was taken out of service- but it has been sitting for 15 years. So that being said- we are selling it as is. Where is. There are no guarantees on this. None- whatsoever. No refunds, no shipping one way, nothing. So, please understand ... morethat being 18,000 pounds- it is your responsibility to make sure you are happy with the pictures and that if there is general maintenance that needs to be done, extra maintenance because it has been sitting for quite some time, or repair maintenance that needs to be done to get it running- that you are willing to do it. You are more than welcome to come to our location in Ferndale Washington and take a look at the machine before you decide to make a bid on it. We encourage that. I also have more pictures I can send or can take more pictures if you want to see more. The exterior of the machine has a few dings. Dents, and chipping paint here and there. The interior has some real light surface rust on some of the metal. I took a rag to it and it seems to pretty much wash off. Morgan G-100T Plastic Injection Molding Machine! No Reserve! 4 oz. Max Shot!
This auction is for a used Morgan Industries G-100T Injection Molding Machine. It has a 6 cu. in. 4 oz. max single shot. 20 ton max clamping force(toggle) and 12,000 psi max injection pressure. I purchased this for a project at work that never got started, but now that my company has closed for business, I have to sell it. I bought it used off of someone from eBay, but never removed it from the packaging/pallet. It still looks to be in very good condition. The pictures you see of it on a table were the pictures taken from the previous owner before shipping it to me. Since I don't have the time to remove it from the pallet( or the strapping materials to restrap it after) and take new pictures. I included those just for your reference. The last 2 pictures of the machine strapped to a small pallet is how the item will look when you pick ... moreit up(this is how I received it) This item is located in a small warehouse in Garden Grove. CA, 92841 with only a ground level loading door. Unfortunately there is no forklift available at this location so you will have to load the item on your truck through other means(such as a liftgate) However, there is a pallet jack available for use while loading. This item is only available for local pickup only and I cannot arrange for shipping. However, since this item is already palletized and ready for shipping, if you want to arrange the shipping yourself, I can try to work with your carrier for the pickup. But please remember that the carrier must have some kind of liftgate since there is NO forklift or dock high loading available. There is no reserve for this auction. Newbury plastic injection mold machine
For sale Newbury 100 ton injection molding machine. Currently under power. Has been maintained as needed to operate. No issues with leaks or hydraulics. Occasionally solenoids do not operate. Machine is currently operating. However I am not responsible once it is removed from service. Vintage is late 70's early 80's Will be under power for approximately 1 week and then exchanged for newer machine. Currently running on 220 volts, 3 phase. When removed it will be stored inside warehouse. I can load at no charge. Located in SW Minnesota, zip is 56229. MOLD PICTURED IN PHOTO IS NOT INCLUDED!
